Returns & Exchanges
We are more than happy to offer you an exchange, refund or a store credit to make your shopping experience easier and more enjoyable. We understand that fit is important and we want you to be 100% satisfied with the fit and look of your garment. Please be sure to read our terms and conditions below before purchasing your item, as we cannot guarantee a return if you do not meet the returns criteria.
Please note that we are we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for ‘made to order’ or ‘custom’ garments, as this has been especially made for you.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to return beauty products, earrings or lingerie. To avoid disappointment, please contact us if you need further information regarding fit, sizing or the returns policy prior to purchasing and we will respond to you at our earliest convenience.
Exchanges and returns will be accepted if the garment is still in perfect, unworn condition with the tags attached. We cannot accept the item for an exchange under any circumstance if any of the tags have been removed, so please do not remove them upon receiving your purchase unless you are certain that you will be keeping it.
If you decide that your REIGN item is not suitable, or you would like to exchange the item for a different size, you must immediately email us your request to email@example.com within one week of purchase. It’s essential that we receive the item for exchange within 14 days of purchase with a copy of your receipt attached. We will then issue you with a refund, store credit or offer you a new size or item. Credit notes will last for one year from the date of the return.
You will be required to pay for the return shipping. The return address will be supplied once you have emailed us with your return request. We recommend that you send the item via registered post or your preferred trackable courier to ensure it’s received in a timely manor in accordance with our return policy and is accounted for. We are not liable for items that you have sent us that have been lost or have not been received. Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the product. Refunds will be processed back onto the card or method as to which you paid for the item/s.
We are often working with delicate, unique fabrics. Please treat all garments with extra special care. Follow care instructions precisely and avoid wearing sharp jewellery that can snag or pull fabrics. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the garment and believe that it is faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the issue accompanied with clear photos to outline the problem. We will do our best to help resolve the issue as we value your custom and want you to love your Reign garment as much as we do.
Our garments are all made with love in Australia so that we can provide the best quality possible. We would always welcome any feedback you have regarding our products to help us ensure the best quality standards for our customers. Please note that any accessories that we retail are not designed by us and we are only a retailer of the product. They are ‘costume’ accessories, meaning they are made to be affordable and thus the quality of the materials and the lifespan of the products will reflect this.
